Room A Integrating BIM with Facilities Management Systems Abhi Basu; President, Basu Technology, Inc. BIM or Building Information Models are being increasingly used for design and construction. The 3D models and the large amount of organized data available can be integrated into the FM/CMMS systems to save time and money over the life of the project.
This presentation will describe the basic components of BIM and steps for integrating this date into the FM/CMMS system.

Room B Introduction to UV light Cured Concrete Protective Coatings Scott Thome; Coatings Specialist, DiamaPro Systems Ultraviolet light to cure a resin has been utilized since the 1960's. Floor coatings can now utilize UV technology to protect concrete floors that are environmentally safe and with a fast, back-to-service time. The goal is to provide an understanding of UV technology and how it impacts their everyday business.
Room C Photoluminescent Products for Safety, Sustainability, and Savings Richard Martin; President and CEO, AfterGlow, LLC The speaker will provide the audience with an introduction to photo-luminescent (PL), or "glow-in-the-dark", egress marking systems as they pertain to building codes for safety, common applications, and cost saving benefits. PL products are sustainable and can earn LEED credit points for building owners in green building design and construction.
